25th Anniversary

Calling all our patients and ex-members of staff

The Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment Centre will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary on 20 June 2009 and you are cordially invited to the festivities which will commence at 3.00pm ‘til late.  These will include vehicle displays, brass band, Morris Dancing, stalls, ‘Guess the Weight’ and ‘Throwing the Dice’ games, static displays from Active Assistance, Backup etc, various hot and cold refreshments available to purchase, and a Raffle.  The evening will culminate in a Firework Finale.

The party will be held in the grounds of Salisbury District Hospital and as numbers are limited to 1000, due to Health & Safety restrictions, we need to know if you are able to attend by 20 MAY 2009 to enable us to send out the tickets and order catering.

Tickets are priced at £5.00 for adults/£3.00 for children aged 6-12/ Free for children under 5.  The price includes a cream tea per person per ticket.

There will also be a BBQ in the evening and if you wish to purchase tickets please indicate below.
